USPS Updates it’s Policy on Workplace Harassment

Effective May 1, 2024, the Postal Service™ reissued its Memorandum of Policy (MOP) HR-05-01-2024-2, Postal Service’s Policy on Workplace Harassment (see below).

The Postal Service’s Policy on Workplace Harassment was revised to meet the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC’s) Management Directive 715 (MD 715). MOP HR-05-01-2024-2 must be posted prominently in the following locations:

All personnel offices;

Equal Employment Opportunity offices;

On the agency’s internal website; and

Throughout the workplace.

This policy reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to providing a work environment free of harassment and supersedes MOP HR-05-01-2023-2.
