USPS files with PRC to eliminate Bound Printed Matter Flats and Parcels

Today, the Postal Service filed a mail classification proposal with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) to eliminate Bound Printed Matter(BPM)Flats and Parcels and to expand Marketing Mail flats and parcels product categories, to take effect no earlier than July 2025. These product adjustments were recently approved by the Board of Governors.
