Service standards reflect USPS’s commitment on the number of days it should take for mail to travel from its origin to its destination. For example, our updated service standards allow a customer to look up how long it will take a piece of mail to get from a specific ZIP code in Kansas City, MO to its final destination in Akron, OH.
