Fiscal Year 2022 Capping Report - Mail Delivery, Customer Service, and Property Condition Reviews - Central Area
As of September 2022, about 78,000 city and rural carriers delivered to about 32 million possible delivery points in the Central Area. During fiscal year (FY) 2022, we evaluated mail delivery, customer service, and property conditions at 14 delivery units in the Central Area.
