The Postal Service Reports on Consumer Access

Last week the Postal Service submitted its Annual Compliance Report (ACR) for FY 2025 to the Postal Regulatory Commission.

Most of the report is about the extent to which each postal product complies with the law that it covers attributable costs so that one product doesn’t subsidize another.

One section of the report covers Consumer Access to Postal Services. It includes data on the number of post offices, emergency suspensions, collection boxes, and wait times in line.
