Search warrant discovers possible drugs in packages at Roanoke USPS facility

ROANOKE, Va.  — WFXR News is digging deeper after drugs were discovered in multiple packages at a United States Postal Service (USPS) facility in Roanoke.

Search warrants obtained by WFXR show that United States Postal inspectors discovered three packages that obtained THC oil vape cartridges, psilocybin mushrooms, and methamphetamine.

Documents show the first search warrant was served at the facility on Feb. 5. During this time, officials learned a USPS Priority Mail Envelope contained about 120 grams of a crystal-like substance.
