EVERETT, Wash. —
An elderly woman was struck and killed by a USPS truck in Everett Tuesday evening, Everett police said.
The woman was using a walker in a crosswalk at Colby Avenue and Pacific Street, but investigators believe the mail truck had a green light.
The driver was cooperating with police and investigators don’t believe the driver was impaired.
The woman’s name has not been released.
