
The Postal Service highlights the value of mail to business customers in “Fresh Look,” a new video.
The 1-minute, 16-second video shows how USPS is using innovations like Informed Delivery, Informed Visibility and targeted direct mail to help businesses promote their products and services to consumers.
“Fresh Look” also cites research that shows top firms that use mail in their marketing plans experience increased website visits, increased response rates and a stronger return on investment.
“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night can keep the mail from evolving to meet today’s needs,” the narrator states.
The video, which debuted at this year’s National Postal Forum, was posted last week to the Postal Service’s YouTube channel.
