HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A United States Postal Service truck was involved in a fiery crash in Carolina Forest Sunday evening, according to officials.
The crash happened on Carolina Forest Boulevard around 5:45 p.m., according to Tony Casey, spokesperson for Horry County Fire Rescue.
Casey said no one was hurt.
Cpl. Sonny Collins, with South Carolina Highway Patrol, said a 2019 Toyota SUV turned left from Carolina Forest Boulevard onto Gateway Drive in front of the post office vehicle.
Collins said the driver of the Toyota was charged with failure to yield.
