
USPS has expanded the suspension of its USPS Priority Mail Express International (PMEI) date-certain, postage-refund guarantee to eight more countries, covering now all countries for which the Postal Service offered this money-back guarantee.
The USPS Priority Mail Express International guarantee is temporarily suspended to the following countries until further notice:
- Australia
- Canada
- China*
- France**
- Great Britain**
- Hong Kong*
- Israel
- Japan
- Korea (South)
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- Spain**
- Sweden**
- Switzerland**
- Thailand
* Suspended since February 10, 2020
** Suspended since March 23, 2020
The Postal Service said the suspension of its money-back guarantee is due to Covid-19 related impacts on transportation availability to those countries.
