USPS personnel sound alarm about new procedures that might affect mail in voting

Citing several postal personnel and union leaders, the Write-up documented that parts of the country are dealing with at minimum a two-day delay in acquiring mail, like for convey mail, as a final result of the US Postal Service’s new guidelines.
