The USPS booth at the 2022 CES earned the No. 9 spot on Exhibitor magazine’s list of the best exhibits at the Las Vegas trade show.

Formerly known as the Consumer Electronics Show, CES is one of the largest trade shows in the world. It returned to an in-person format after taking place as a virtual show last year because of the coronavirus pandemic.

This year’s show featured more than 2,300 exhibits from some of the biggest names in the electronics industry, including LG Electronics Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co.

The Postal Service’s 50-by-70-foot display featured content kiosks and a large monitor that played educational USPS videos, as well as a video about Delivering for America, the organization’s 10-year plan to achieve financial stability.

Visitors were able to play a Pac-Man-style video game that helped illustrate the Postal Service’s size and scope. They also had the opportunity to create stamps using their own photos.

But perhaps the biggest item of interest at the USPS display was a next-generation delivery vehicle, which is expected to begin appearing on carrier routes in 2023.

“We are very excited to receive this recognition. Our booth design emphasized Delivering for America and the changes taking place to secure the Postal Service for the future,” said Judy de Torok, the Postal Service’s corporate affairs vice president.

“We strategically designed the booth in a way to engage prospective customers while sharing with them information about our key products and services. And we symbolized the transformation taking place by featuring one of our next-generation delivery vehicles in the booth, as well.”

The Postal Service has been exhibiting at CES for the past 20 years. The organization’s display placed at No. 20 in 2016, No. 13 in 2019 and No. 9 in 2020 on the magazine’s annual listing of the 20 best booths at the show.
