Suspects Sought in Attempted Postal Truck Robbery in Pomona

POMONA – Two men are sought in a failed daytime robbery of a postal carrier May 29.

The suspects attempted to rob the carrier at gunpoint in the 600 block of East Jefferson Avenue around 11 a.m. The suspects emerged from an older-model silver Toyota Corolla and attempted to rob the carrier, according to the United States Postal Inspection Service.

A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of both suspects.

Both suspects are Black men with thin builds.
