STRUTHERS, Ohio –
A Struthers man is in jail, accused of stalking a letter carrier as she walked her route.
Justin Stamp, 36, was arrested by Struthers Police Wednesday on a charge of menacing by stalking.
A letter carrier first called police Wednesday morning telling officers that Stamp was following her on Como Street.
The woman told police that Stamp told her she was very beautiful and asked her “What do you like to do for fun?”
As the letter carrier was walking away she said Stamp told her “There’s going to be another standoff”
Stamp may have been referring to the police 13-hour-long standoff that ended with officers shooting a man on Fifth Street earlier that morning.
