The US Postal Service settled a lawsuit by an employee with mental health issues who said he was denied job accommodations, constructively discharged, and retaliated against.

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin entered an order Tuesday dismissing Daniel Schneider’s May 2015 suit. The case was terminated with prejudice and without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees to either side, the entry said.
