Postal trucks were parking illegally. So Jersey City started ticketing the postmaster

The battle over residential parking spaces in Jersey City is escalating.

For years, Jersey City officials have feuded with the United States Postal Service over parking spaces. Post office trucks, which lack license plates and residential permits, often park overnight in Jersey City with impunity, ignoring local parking tickets.
