Postal Service worker accused of driving drunk, falling out of vehicle in Seneca Falls

Seneca Falls, N.Y. – An Auburn man is accused of driving drunk while delivering mail for the U.S. Postal Service.

Seneca Falls Police say 56-year-old John Eagan, Jr., was charged with DWI, reckless driving and other violations.

Eagan was arrested Saturday around 5:45 p.m. Police say he was driving east on Bradley Avenue while delivering mail when he fell out of his vehicle.

Investigators say the vehicle kept going, crossing the road and eventually coming to a rest in a hedgerow.
