
ANN ARBOR, MI – The fate of a man accused of strangling to death a retired postal worker in his Ann Arbor home more than two years ago will be decided in the Washtenaw County Trial Court this week.
Jury selection began Monday, Nov. 8, for the murder trial of Christopher Michael Cheatham who is accused of killing Richard “Dick” Fortune, who was found dead during a welfare check on Feb. 20, 2019, in his Ann Arbor home in the 2600 block of Lillian Road.
