On January 2, the Senate voice vote confirmed Michael Kubayanda as Commissioner of the Postal Regulatory Commission.
Kubayanda was appointed in June 2018 to serve the remainder of a six-year term ending on November 22, 2020. His previous role was Director of Government Relations for the USPS Office of the Inspector General, where he focused on data analytics during his tenure.
