A man whose body was found Monday lying face-down on a dirt road in South Fulton had been shot, police said.
The body was found just before 2 p.m. by a postal worker in the 6400 block of Chattahoochee Drive off Campbellton Road, according to Lt. Derrick Rogers with the South Fulton Police Department.
Rogers said the worker was delivering mail to a home near the scene when she saw the man’s body in the road.
Channel 2 Action News reported that the man had multiple gunshot wounds.
