WESLEY HILLS –
A busy road in Wesley Hills was closed this morning after a U.S. mail truck crash on Route 306.
Police say they got a call around 4:30 a.m. about the accident on Route 306 near Old Pomona Road. They say the mail truck swerved off the road and struck several trees causing some to fall into the roadway.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
Route 306 was closed in both directions for hours as crews cleared the downed trees but has since reopened.
