How to obtain W-2, 1095-C statements

Postal Service employees can now go to PostalEASE to view their federal Form W-2 for calendar year 2020.

The organization will also mail each employee their Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, along with their federal Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage.

If you need extra copies, you have two options:

• Go to PostalEASE, which you can access from Blue, LiteBlue and self-service kiosks at many Postal Service facilities. You’ll need your employee identification number and password to log in. Once you have access, follow the prompts to obtain duplicate W-2 or 1095-C forms.

• Call the USPS employee self-service line at 877-477-3273 and request the duplicate forms.

These options are available only to current employees. Separated employees must submit their requests in writing to the following address: Financial Reporting Section — Finance Branch, Accounting Services, 2825 Lone Oak Pkwy, Eagan MN 55121-9617.

This is absolutely bull shit that i have to track down and request my w-2 from the USPS after separation! I thought it was the employers responsibility to provide this information BY jan. 31?? I am beyond outraged!!!!

i totally agree with you!!! this is bullshit i’m so tired of trying to track them down!! the damn number doesn’t work and my pin number isn’t working its pissing me off!! i need someone to get back to me asap

same reason I left usps myself, loved the work, but the organization
and leadership is the worst I’ve ever seen/heard of. If anyone finds out how to get your w2s as a former employee, let a brother know.

how did you get a hold of them? I am having that issue right now!

Currently going through this bs right now. How did it go for you?

Have you gotten in touch ? I’m still trying to as well. Still haven’t received mine.

I too am trying to get my w2 s from usps now. its almost impossible! i’ve been waiting for MONTHS!

What if you got one of these forms the 1095-c and you never actually work for the Post office a single day nor did you fill out the paperwork to work at the post office or do any of the training. So can someone answer why I got sent this form and saying that I worked for 2 months there?
