Federal grand jury indicts McDowell County postal service worker

MCDOWELL COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A federal grand jury has indicted a McDowell County postal service worker. The indictment claims William James unlawfully detained, destroyed and delayed mail. He is also accused of opening letters, cards and packages between April and December 2020.
