DC Circuit to hear oral arguments in watchdog’s appeal of PRC approval of 5-cent increase on Forever stamps

On Friday, May 10^th, the DC Circuit court will hear oral arguments in postal watchdog Douglas Carlson’s challenge to the 5-cent increase in the price of a First Class stamp, approved by the Postal Regulatory Commission earlier this year.

The three-member panel includes judges Patricia Millett, Gregory Katsas, and Naomi Rao.
