Plan brochures are the official statements of benefits for plans offered through the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program. Each plan brochure contains descriptions of benefits, limitations, exclusions, and definitions. While the PSHB enrollment portal allows you to compare plans to see what coverage best meets your needs, we recommend you always refer to the individual plan brochures before making your final enrollment decision.
PSHB plan brochures will be made available on this page by the start of Open Season on November 11th, 2024.
