Postal Service Driver Arrested On Charges of Voyeurism

Crawford County – On Friday, March 1st, 2024, Sergeant Michael Allen and Master Trooper Darrell Terryl conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Freightliner, contracted to the US Postal Service in Crawford County.

The driver was identified as 63-year-old Kelly Koehler. Koehler was wanted out of Clark County on 9 counts of Voyeurism. He was taken into custody by Indiana State Troopers and booked into the Crawford County Jail.

The United States Postal Service National Law Enforcement Communications Center (NLCC) was notified. All mail has been delivered and will not affect the public.
