As delivery volumes increase and customer expectations evolve, the absence of photo-based proof of delivery limits the ability to efficiently resolve inquires, claims, and disputes. Modifying the Mobile Delivery Device (MDD TR) application to allow carriers to take photos while performing their duties will provide a consistent system integrated method for proof of delivery.
