Overturned mail truck shuts down I-384 in Manchester

MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — Manchester fire officials say Interstate 384 East was briefly shut down as emergency crews responded to an overturned mail truck Monday morning.

The two-vehicle crash happened in the area of Exit 5 around 6:16 a.m.

One person was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Fire officials said the highway had to be shut down due to the vehicles being spread across the highway. It was reopened after the vehicle were removed.
