Orangeburg mailman: Woman jumped in truck, tried to grab private area

A mailman claims a woman hopped in his mail truck and tried to grab his private parts on Monday, according to an incident report.

The incident occurred near Pendarvis and Berry streets.

An unfamiliar black vehicle pulled up behind the mailman as he was delivering mail.

He didn’t know the man driving the vehicle or the woman passenger.

He claims the woman “jumped inside his mail truck.” He tried to get the woman to leave.

She allegedly tried to “grab his private area and take photos of him while sitting in his lap, refusing to leave,” the report states.

The mailman said the woman eventually left the truck without further incident.
