The Postal Service has released a video about its new Carnival Nights stamps.
The Forever stamps, which were dedicated June 6 in Biloxi, MS, celebrate the enduring popularity of carnivals.
The three-minute video features Jakki Krage Strako, the USPS chief commerce and business solutions officer.
