USPS Correspondence 5381, dated September 17, 2026, is notification the Postal Service will be conducting a pilot called, Amazon PM Delivery Pilot. This pilot involves afternoon drops from Amazon between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM (local time), that are then sorted by the clerks manually and available for same day delivery by City Carriers between the hours of 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
