The Postal Service is excited to announce the upcoming launch of MyPFS, a new, streamlined portal
designed to enhance the Premium Forwarding Service Commercial customer experience.
MyPFS will provide PFSC customers with a faster, easier way to submit Service Requests, manage
service inquiries, and access PFSC-related FAQs all in one convenient location.
USPS strives to maintain its high level of customer service and MyPFS will serve as an enhancement to
the PFSC product by simplifying the inquiry process and making it faster and easier for customers to get
the support they need.
MyPFS will be available through the My Products Portal in Business Customer Gateway and directly
within the existing PFSC application dashboard. Upon release customers accessing MyPFS through the
PFSC application will see a MyPFS link at the top of their dashboard for quick access.
All inquiries submitted through MyPFS will be routed to the appropriate department ensuring timely,
accurate and helpful responses.
