New PMG video promotes the Postal Pulse

In a new video message, Postmaster General David Steiner encourages employees to participate in this year’s Postal Pulse survey.

The survey — which begins Tuesday, March 10, and concludes Friday, April 17 — allows employees to share observations about their work environment. This feedback helps USPS to make positive changes and improvements.

The 2 1/2-minute video, released March 9, is available on Link and other postal websites. It will be shown to employees throughout the organization this week.
