The anti-privatization resolution (H.Res. 70) has reached 208 bipartisan co-sponsors. Only 10 more co-sponsors are needed to reach 218, the magic number for majority support in the House.

Meanwhile, on Capitol Hill, the House is finalizing the budget reconcilation package. The House Budget Committee is expected to release the full package as early as tomorrow, May 16. Cuts to letter carrier retirement benefits are still on the table.
