CHICAGO — The man who prosecutors say ordered the murder of a Chicago postal carrier two years ago will appear in court on Thursday.
35-year-old Lyndell Deyoung, a Chicago resident, has been charged with one felony count of first-degree murder and one felony count of murder by acts creating a strong probability of death or great bodily harm.
