CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – A Braxton County woman was sentenced today for her role in a methamphetamine trafficking scheme that relied on the U.S. Mail to move large quantities of drugs into West Virginia, U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey announced.
Tallahassee Postal Employee Indicted for Theft of Mail
Tallahassee, Florida – Napeaches Shouetta Blair, 43, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for two counts of theft of mail by a postal employee. John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida, announced the charges.

Tallahassee, Florida – Stacy Michelle Braxton, 39, of Marianna, Florida, pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of delay or destruction of mail. The plea was announced by John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
Three Arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Mail Fraud
Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces the arrest of Yongbo Li, 36, Huashan Lu, 62, and Yuxiang Zhao, 60, pursuant to a criminal complaint for conspiracy to commit mail fraud. If convicted, the defendants face a maximum penalty of 30 years in federal prison.
