According to court documents and statements made in court, in 2018 and 2019, Williams and his then-girlfriend stole mail from hundreds of residential mailboxes in Connecticut and used information contained in the mail to steal identities, produce fake identification, forge checks, and cash or deposit checks stolen from the mail.
