Oklahoma City Man Sentenced to Serve More Than Seven Years in Federal Prison for Mail Theft and Witness Tampering
DONALD EUGENE COOKS, 50, of Oklahoma City, has been sentenced to serve 92 months in federal prison for conspiracy to commit mail theft, possession of stolen mail, and witness tampering, announced U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester.
