[09/14/2026] SCOTUS has now ruled against the president (and USPS). Their ruling blocks the USPS from enforcing its controversial new mail-in ballot rules for the upcoming midterms.

How much time and money has the USPS spent to build the “portal” they have talked about, and try to get it operational, to do the president’s bidding?
