Kansas Secretary of State criticizes USPS response to mail ballot concerns

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Kansas Secretary Scott Schwab recently brought attention to a critical issue following the 2024 Primary Election, where 1,000 Kansas voters were disenfranchised due to the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) operational failures in handling of mail ballots.

Schwab sent a letter to the Postmaster General, outlining these concerns on September 9.
