It has been like that for a long time. Do they know Mr. Corbett received a $25K “retention” bonus each year he was employed while the organization lost money? It was negotiated during Potter’s term. More people probably need to look at the annual reports. That’s how you found out PMG Brennan received severance pay.
Finally, someone is starting to peel back the curtain of corruption at the USPS. The phony bonuses have been rewarded for years; they usually doctor the numbers at the district and local levels to “ make” it. It’s called PFP for pay for performance, but the problem is performance is , was, and continues to be terrible. Yet they continue bonuses unabated. The big lie that they need to be “competitive “ to keep management is a joke. There are many professionals that would do the job for what it pays without the bonus. Apparently, they can’t do the job either way and the OIG confirms this with every audit. Well done, Senator Hawley. Please don’t drop the ball like your colleague from Georgia whose constituents are still suffering with poor service.
I think they are talking about PCES executive compensation, which is normally deferred due to the statutory pay cap.

The PfP for EAS employees is not a “bonus” but a merit-based compensation system. Well…it is supposed to be merit-based.
Congress calling out USPS for bonuses? Please they will do nothing. If anything why should Hawley have a job?
I haven’t seen my PM in months. She goes to her Summer home and
tells no one. She keeps getting paid like she is working???
She has tons of annual, but why use it when you can get paid.
Oh, to keep mouths shut, she changes clock rings for her 2
puppy clerks. Sounds like stealing to me????
