Delivering for America Milestone: USPS Concludes Negotiations with Consolidators

The Postal Service will implement a new contractual approach with its package consolidators and other third parties who aggregate mail volume from multiple shippers and ultimately enter those large volumes of packages at various points of the USPS network.

The change is a result of USPS’ refreshed product offerings, and operational and financial strategies.
