DeJoy, Martinez address panel that oversees USPS

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and USPS Board of Governors Chairman Roman Martinez IV testified before the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on April 16.

The committee has oversight of the Postal Service.
