Cheetos bags full of meth found at Indiana post office

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WXIN) – Two Los Angeles residents have been arrested in southern Indiana after police found pounds of meth hidden inside Cheetos bags at a local post office.

Police were notified on Wednesday about two suspicious packages sent by mail to Evansville that were believed to contain narcotics.

A detective found approximately 40 pounds of meth inside the packages, hidden inside bags of Cheetos Puffs.

The packages were then delivered to a home in Evansville while detectives watched. They soon saw a white van arrive at the home.

Two people, 46-year-old Natasha Garner and 36-year-old Goldie Flenor, reportedly retrieved the packages and got back into the van. Both are from Los Angeles.

As detectives attempted to pull over the white van, the driver accelerated and tried to flee police, eventually hitting a marked Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office SUV.
