HARLEM, NY — A man died after being run over by a postal truck early Monday morning, according to a preliminary police report.
At around 6 a.m., a 31-year-old was riding on an e-bike along West 122nd Street near Manhattan Avenue when, according to police officials, he lost control of his bike and fell to the ground.
While on the ground, a postal truck driven by a 62-year-old man in the opposite lane ran over him, officials said.
A neighbor told Patch that damage to a parked car — and to the postal truck — tells another probable story.
