Behind every Postal Service move, there’s a Postal Regulatory Commissioner

Except for when it has something to say about stamp prices, you don’t seem to hear much about the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC). But in reality it is an active organization and just came out with its annual report covering the 2023 fiscal year, which is the year right after the 2022, Postal Service Reform Act.
