Are you waiting for a package from UPS? Here is why it could be delayed

Not receiving your packages on time? A few delivery services might be the blame.

According to a report, an expire contract agreement between UPS and the US Postal Service has delayed millions of packages across the country.

United Parcel Service SurePost, an economy delivery service for non-urgent, residential shipments will no longer deliver those last minute packages to P.O. Boxes, military destinations and locations outside the Continental U.S.

The change returns millions of packages to UPS package cars for final-mile delivery.
