The Inspection Service is a joke. Notice all of these arrests were made by local police officers, not postal inspectors. The Inspection Service does nothing to prevent postal crime from happening and then — when the crime inevitably does happen — postal inspectors cross their fingers and hope local police will make an arrest. That’s the Inspection Service operating model.
