The Postal Service filed two petitions with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) today to adjust the system for regulating market dominant rates. The Postal Service continues to face multibillion dollar losses every year under the current system, despite our comprehensive efforts to correct the systemic imbalance between our annual revenues and costs.
