The court docket indicates that on Aug. 21, Canfield pleaded guilty to a second-degree felony of homicide by DUI; as well as homicide by vehicle, third-degree felony; escape, third-degree felony; DUI (second offense), first-degree misdemeanor; and a summary violation of reckless driving. He is being represented by a public defender, Steven Burlein.
